    Evanston Home (Seller)

    Our house had been on the market for a while and hadn’t shifted. Peter came highly recommended from a friend so we switched to him. Wow. He went through our whole house with a clinical eye, got us to change staging and declutter, was very insightful about pricing and as a result we ended up up with competing offers. He is the consummate realtor. Superb friendly advice, smart observations and he really does care, you can reach him at any time about anything. Would utterly recommend to anyone, especially in a tough market like Calgary.

    Peter is a great realtor! he's very quick to help, provides all the support and information needed through the process and went above and beyond in his handling of our property. Peter even got a small fix done for us while we were out of town so that house was perfect for the showing. He really truly cares about his customers. I would recommend Peter 1st, for both selling and buying a new home in Calgary.
